In the framework of annual seminars, central topics of Leibniz-WissenschaftsCampus are put up for an open discussion among the members. In this year's seminar, referee Prof. Dr. John Haldon is discussing the theses of his current publication with the participants. His book deals with the parameters of survival of east-roman empire during phases of profound crisis in the 7th and 8th centuries.
